The Problem We Were Built Against
amenities supply in India runs through layers of middlemen. Every layer adds cost and delay, and none of them answers when something goes wrong. We built Aroma Amenities to be the one thing that chain didn’t have: a single source that deals with the makers directly and stands behind every order.

We hold direct relationships with amenities makers around the world including the ones working with the newest materials. The products are sourced direct, then finished, packed, and stocked in our own workshop in India. The supply chain is global; the accountability is in one place.

The Founder
Chetan, an engineer, started Aroma Amenities in 2012. He had seen how much plastic passed through hotel rooms, and how many trading layers sat between the hotel and the factory that made it. So he went straight to the factories. Today he signs every proposal, invoice and kit we send out, because a buyer should know exactly who answers for the order.

Every kit is packed and finished in our workshop in India by a team we employ directly, many of them women from the local community. They check each kit before it leaves, so the one that reaches your room has passed through their hands first.
