The Problem We Were Built Against
Amenity supply in India runs through layers of middlemen. Every layer adds cost and delay, and none of them answers when something goes wrong. We built Aroma to be the one thing that chain didn’t have: a single source that deals with the makers directly and stands behind every order.

We hold direct relationships with amenity makers around the world including the ones working with the newest materials. The products are sourced direct, then finished, packed, and stocked in our own workshop in India. The supply chain is global; the accountability is in one place.

The Founder
Aroma was started in 2012 by Chetan, an engineer who saw how much plastic moved through hotel rooms and how little of the supply chain anyone could actually be held to. His name is on the company because someone’s should be.
Finished by the women we employ
Every kit is packed and finished in our workshop by a team of women we employ directly. It’s not a line on a CSR page it’s how the product gets made.
